Dr. Kobatsch played an active and instrumental role in the foundation of our Company and all through the years up till now. For a long time he served on the Board of Directors, and more recently he worked in the service of the Zwack Unicum Plc. in the Supervisory Board and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. His arduous work and extensive experiences in the field of business and management were a major contribution to the results of our Company.
We consider his sudden and unexpected death a serious loss.
