A Csíkszeredai Törvényszék alapfokú döntésével jóváhagyta a CDR keresetét és semmissé nyilvánította a Gyergyószentmiklós Önkormányzata által hozott tanácshatározat támadott cikkelyeit (az érintett határozatban a Város nem hatályos törvényi rendelkezések alapján kötelezte a CDR-t a szolgáltatás folytatására).
A Társaság tájékoztatja továbbá tisztelt Befektetőit, hogy ismét benyújtotta a részvények tőzsdei bevezetésére vonatkozó tájékoztatóját jóváhagyásra az MNB-nek.

The decision is not final and not yet justified.
The Miercurea Tribunal approved CDR’s action and annulled the contested articles of the council decision of the Municipality of Gheorgheni (in the relevant decision, the City obliged CDR to continue the service on the basis of invalid legal provisions).
The Company also informs its esteemed Investors that it has again submitted its prospectus for the listing of the shares to the MNB for approval.
