A Társaság kezdeményezi a jelenleg tevékenységet nem végző kapcsolt vállalkozása, az E-STAR Management Zrt. nevének és működési módjának megváltozását akként, hogy a társaság a jövőben nonprofit formában, Ski43 Nonprofit Zrt. néven működjön tovább.
A Társaság tervei között szerepel nagyszabású, ingyenes gyermeksíeltetési program elindítása 2020-tól, Ski43 program néven a Társaság tulajdonában álló eplényi Síarénában.
A Ski43 Nonprofit Zrt. feladata elsősorban a Ski43 program teljes körű lebonyolítása lesz.

The Company is initiating the change of the name and mode of operation of its currently non-operating affiliate company E-STAR Management Zrt., following which in the future the company in question will continue operating as non-profit company under the name ‘Ski43 Nonprofit Zrt.’
The Company’s plans include the launch of a large-scale, free children’s skiing program from 2020 onward under the name ‘Ski43 program’ in the Company-owned Ski Arena in Eplény.
Ski43 Nonprofit Zrt. will be tasked primarily with the full implementation of the Ski43 program.
